Lean Legs Workouts
Again and again the biggest complaint we hear from girls in Revolution Fitness is “no matter what I do, I can’t tone up my legs”.
Now, obviously diet and nutrition is a HUGE piece in the puzzle, but training can help too.
In the video below you’re gonna see (with the help from Sarah @ The Better Life Project) a killer tri set workout we use as part of our training programs, and that you can use when you’re next in the gym.
All you need is 2 pieces of equipment and a little bit of floor space. You can see the full workout in the video, and a transcription of the sets / reps below.
A1) Squat (kettlebell or barbell) x6 with a 4 second negative
A2) Reverse Lunge x12 each side, alternating legs left and right
A3) Jump Squat x25
rest 90 seconds between rounds, complete 4 rounds
