Well it all starts with a "no sweat" intro session.
"No sweat" - what do we mean by that? It's an informal chat about your goals, expectations and any concerns you may have.
The no sweat intro is done 1 to 1 in a safe environment with your coach so you can get the maximum benefit from your trial.
A lot of our new members start off thinking they're going to be too unfit or out of shape for our workouts but they are always pleasantly surprised by how easy the first couple of sessions are.
HOWEVER, at the intro we won't be training, just talking about you and what you've done before so you can experience the best two weeks humanly possible with us.
The first full week of your trial won't happen until after your nutrition orientation (we'll organise a time for that at your no sweat intro), so you may end up getting an extra few training sessions out of it.
