So what's gonna happen during your 14 day unlimited training trial?
Well it all starts with a "no sweat" intro session.

"No sweat" - what do we mean by that? It's an informal chat about your goals, expectations and any concerns you may have. 

The no sweat intro is done 1 to 1 in a safe environment with your coach so you can get the maximum benefit from your trial. 

A lot of our new members start off thinking they're going to be too unfit or out of shape for our workouts but they are always pleasantly surprised by how easy the first couple of sessions are.

HOWEVER, at the intro we won't be training, just talking about you and what you've done before so you can experience the best two weeks humanly possible with us. 

The first full week of your trial won't happen until after your nutrition orientation (we'll organise a time for that at your no sweat intro), so you may end up getting an extra few training sessions out of it.

New Workouts Everyday
You will be WITH A TRAINER as many times as you want each week (yes, unlimited - but we recommend 2-3 sessions per week to start off) and taken through the most cutting edge workouts available to help you melt fat, tone up, and see results fast spending only 45-60 minutes max in the gym. AND - You will be able to track your own progress which will help you continue to improve, avoid plateaus and keep seeing results far past your two week kick start.

Nutrition Plan
First, we sit down with you and make you your own custom meal plan. Exactly what you need, given your body, schedule, and food preferences, so it is not only doable, but enjoyable. We adjust every week after your first week as needed to make sure you see results week-in, week-out.

Grocery List 
Then we will map out your exact grocery list so you know what to buy at the grocery store, and leave nothing to guesswork. The average person spends ~€50/week on groceries for all 21 meals at Aldi, Lidl etc. Our process will cut down on your time in the grocery store with most people getting in and out in under 15min and saving a ton of money.
