If you've 45 minutes to spare 2-4x per week to train, and know how to turn on an oven and work a stopwatch - you can follow our plan. We do a lot of things differently and it starts with our first meeting.
Your fitness and health goals are unique to you and a one-size-fits-all approach is not be the right way to help you get there.
During your No Sweat Success Session before starting with us, your coach will take the time to get to know you, your goals and your roadblocks.
Together you'll explore what you've done previously and what hasn't worked so that we can build a better plan for the future with you. Then, we'll help you select the right starting point.
You know you should eat better. You know you should workout. But you just can't do it consistently.
Here's why.
Joining a gym is easy. Showing up to the gym consistently is not. You know what to eat. But you just don't have the time, energy or consistency to do it.
They're the two biggest problems most of our members face at Revolution Fitness. Everyone knows if you want to lose weight or improve your energy you should probably do some exercise and eat better. But no one has made it truly simple to follow through on that. Until now.
We've made it easy with our ReVFIT 3-3-30 METHOD
FITNESS
You will be WITH A PERSONAL TRAINER 3 days per week taken through the most cutting edge workouts available in your own personal training pod to help you melt fat, tone up, and see results fast. AND - You will be able to track your own progress which will help you continue to improve, avoid plateaus and keep seeing results far past your first 30 days with us.
We use a live heart rate monitoring system called MyZone that shows your heart rates, training zone, calorie burn and information that's really important to us as coaches, to make sure you're training correctly - but as a client, you don't need to worry about it, just show up and we take care of the rest.
That means that even if you're really out of shape when you get started with us, we can make sure you're working at an appropriately challenging level without blowing up (and if you're already in great shape - it means we can see when you're slacking off!).
NUTRITION
We only have 2 rules - no body likes eating food that they hate, and if you can't see yourself doing it 6 months from now - you shouldn't do it today. That's why as a new member you will get the opportunity to go through our FRESH Start Nutrition Coaching Program for free.
It has been designed to remove the confusion and noise around nutrition. We believe good nutrition should be easy, straight forward and can be quickly learned by anyone using a simple framework we'll teach you during your first 30 days with us
We will help you adjust every week as needed to make sure you see results week-in, week-out without giving up your social life.
(and if you don't trust yourself to cook and follow the meal plan, we'll get our RevFit approved meal prep specialists Parallel Meals to cook all your meals and deliver them to your door)
ACCOUNTABILITY
Our only goal for you is that you get the results you said you want, by doing the work you said you could do. That means you get treated as an individual, and YOUR life circumstances are factored in.
Not only will you have us when you are in the gym working out, but you will also be able to contact your personal accountability coach whenever you need help, tips, advice, or just someone to give you some extra encouragement. We are here to help you succeed. They will also CHECK-IN WEEKLY to ensure you're making sessions, and if you're not they'll reach out to help build a solution.
