FITNESS
Our personal training team will show you what to do, show you how to do it and make sure you’re doing it correctly. You’ll be training in a small group of people following a personalised workout using the correct weights (barbells, dumbbells or bodyweight), movements and intensity for your current fitness level, no matter what that is.
NUTRITION
All new members have the opportunity to participate in our FRESH Start Nutrition Coaching Program as part of your membership. Forget extreme diets, learn how to eat well for life by letting one of our professional nutrition coaches develop a plan just for you.
ACCOUNTABILITY
We want you to get the results you said you want, by doing the work you said you could do. That means you’ll have your own accountability coach for when times get tough, and if you go missing we’ll be in touch to get you back in.
