Summer's on the way, but what's the point in getting in shape for summer unless you can also STAY there? Say no to crash dieting, twice a day late night / early morning gym sessions and workouts that do more harm than good. Our 16 week powerlifting transformation will get you ready for summer, and keep you in shape through it so you don't have to hide under baggy hoodies and tracksuit bottoms.

We have a team of personal trainers, a nutrition coach, and a bootcamp instructor who was a Leinster boxing champion. We even have a life coach as part of the RevFit team to make sure your mindset is right. We can't do it for you, but we have removed every single road block so that you can do it with us.
