What To Do Next 


STEP 1

Download the RevFit 7 Day Detox and Primal Cooking For 30 Day Fat Loss by clicking on the cover picture of them. You'll have a complete 37 day meal by meal eating guide. But if you don't like some of the recipes, just pick a different one and have that.

(Quick note here - the book says to drink 1 litre of water for every lb of bodyweight. Do not do that. Have about 1 litre for every 50lb / 25kg of bodyweight)

STEP 2

Download and read The RevFit Beginners Guide. It explains your first few days with us, what the training will be like, why good nutrition is so important, and other things you can do to super charge your results!

STEP 3

If you download and follow the 7 Day Detox and Primal Cooking For 30 Day Fat Loss you're gonna be 80+% of the way there. Here's a couple of more things you can do that will help you recover from training faster, and have more energy too:

  • ​Take a multi vitamin each morning
  • Have a protein shake (we have some in our vending machine) after workouts
  • Drink at least 1 litre of water for every 25kg of bodyweight
  • Sleep 8 hours per night, minimum

STEP 4

      Follow these two super secret ninja hacks to avoid snacking on bad foods, and over indulging at meal times.

      • ​Track your craving times, try to see if there's a pattern. 20 minutes before you normally get a craving, have a healthy snack like some nuts or some fruit instead - will power eliminated!
      • Take longer to eat your meals - try to time it so it takes 15-20 minutes to eat a meal. For every 2 bites of food you have, put the knife and fork down, have a sip of water, and repeat the process until you're about 90% full (it'll probably happen before all your food is gone!)

      STEP 5

              Start thinking about calories. Maybe.

              Until you've installed some good habits, and got into the routine of eating 3 meals per day, you don't need to think about counting calories. Eating good food in the right quantities (ala 7 Day Detox and Primal Cooking For 30 Day Fat Loss) will be more than enough.

              Once you have done that, a good rule of thumb for calories counting for fat loss is;

              • ​bodyweight in pounds * 12 to get your calorie target (eg 165lb * 12kcals = 1,980)
              • bodyweight in pounds = grams of protein to eat (eg 165lb = 165g protein per day)
              • set fat to 30% of your daily total, and leave carbs as the remainder
