WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE PROGRAM?
The above times are for the semi private personal training sessions.
The bootcamp classes run at 7.30pm on Tuesday and Thursday, and 10.30am on Saturday morning.
In addition to the above, you'll also get complete access to our open gym where you can do extra workouts, and stretch, and relax after sessions.
We are so confident in our 56 day transformation challenge, that if you don’t lose at least 5 kilos, we will refund you €310*.

WHEN CAN I TRAIN?
You can train at any of the times listed on our timetable above. We use a phone based app so you can book and reserve your classes a week in advance. If you need to move or change a booking, for whatever reason, you can do that on your phone up to 1 hour before the start of your reserved class time
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
It's just €38.75 per week for 8 weeks. About 4-6 weeks in, we'll check in and make sure you're enjoying training, and if you'd be interested in making a longer term commitment by joining one of our 3, 6 or 12 month programs. They all cost the same, but the longer term programs have much more benefits associated with them like free massages and 1-to-1 personal training sessions
HOW LONG WILL MY TRAINING SESSIONS LAST?
Your training sessions will be between 45 and 60 minutes long. We might ask you to stay after class sometimes to help you work on a problem area like your mobility, or core tho!
I DON'T THINK I'M FIT ENOUGH / STRONG ENOUGH TO JOIN
Don't worry about it. That's the perfect reason to sign up. You join a program like ours to get fitter and get stronger. You don't need to try and train on your own to "be ready" for it.
I'M SKINNY. I NEED TO GAIN WEIGHT. CAN YOU HELP?
Definitely. About 25% of the guys we train are dudes who come to us looking to gain muscle. It's a longer process gaining muscle than losing fat, but if you work hard and do what we say, you'll see huge changes.
